At WigLabb, we understand that timely delivery is important to our customers. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, typically In 10 working days for hair extensions and 12-15 working days for wigs.  However, please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or special promotions.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected and the shipping destination. 

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs clearance delays. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If you require expedited shipping or have special delivery requirements, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

At Wiglabb, we want to keep our customers informed about the status of their orders every step of the way. To ensure that you are always up-to-date, we offer a comprehensive order tracking service.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the carrier’s website to update with your tracking information. If you have any questions or concerns about the tracking of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, please note that we are not responsible for any delays or losses caused by the carrier or due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

At Wiglabb, we strive to provide our customers with convenient and reliable shipping services. However, there are certain shipping restrictions that we must adhere to for legal, safety, or logistical reasons.

We currently ship internationally. Please note that some countries may have restrictions on the import of certain hair products or materials. We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be incurred on international orders.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery when placing your order. 

We also cannot ship to any address that is considered high-risk or has a history of fraud. In such cases, we may require additional verification or cancel the order and request a new purchase with a different shipping address.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our shipping restriction policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

At Wiglabb, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. Please email us at hello@wiglabb.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. The product must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements.

If the product is eligible for a return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and shipping charges will not be covered by Wiglabb. You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the product back to us. If you have any questions about our return policy, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

At Wiglabb, we prioritise the security of our customers’ information, including their billing and shipping addresses. When placing an order, please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses match. If they do not match, we may require additional verification to prevent fraud and protect our customers.

We understand that there may be situations where a different shipping address is necessary, such as when sending a gift. In these cases, we may require additional documentation or contact the payment provider to verify the legitimacy of the transaction.

To avoid delays or cancellations of your order, we strongly recommend that you provide the same billing and shipping address when making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about our billing address policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
